30th Anniversary 2012 Ojibwe Forest Rally

After many months of development, work and anticipation we are excited to announce the 30th Anniversary 2012 Ojibwe Forest Rally on August 25, 2012.  We are fortunate to have many new partners this year, including our event sponsor the Muscatell Auto Group.  Muscatell is playing a large role in the Ojibwe this year, doing all they can to help build the rally and create an excitement for the event.   Muscatell owns multiple auto franchises, most notably to the rally world, both Ford and Subaru.

In part, the support of Muscatell is enabling the 30th Anniversary Muscatell Ojibwe Forest Rally to be able to put on one of our biggest events in recent years.  We are happy to announce a course with nearly 100 competition miles on classic Ojibwe Rally Stages.  Competitors check our website for the lowest entry fees we’ve offered in probably a decade.

As many have heard we also have moved the headquarters and host city of the rally.  We will now be out of Detroit Lakes, MN and the Holiday Inn on the Lake.  Both the city and the Holiday Inn are excited to welcome the Rally to Detroit Lakes.  We are looking forward to a great future in our new city.  Get your rooms now at the Holiday Inn, ask for the Ojibwe Forest Rally room block for special rally weekend pricing.

Also for our competitors, we are offering a prize fund for anyone entered by August 4th.  We are able to do this thanks to the participation of our sponsors, Muscatell, Scott Putnam and Subaru.net and the Holiday Inn on the Lake.  Take a look at our website for the entry details and updates.  We are limiting our field this year to 30 cars and the extremely low early entry fee to the first 15, so get over to registration!

We haven’t forgotten about our volunteers either.  Registration is open and we are working with our current sponsors as well as a few surprises to reward the hardworking volunteers we count on every year.
